The Apollo is a pilot boat built by Engelaer and was the only pilot boat in Ship Simulator Extremes until the arrival of the Aquilla, the Apollo's bigger and faster counterpart.
Analysis[]
The Apollo is painted in bright colours in order to let it stand out while on duty. Its top speed is 28 knots, powered by two 1,000HP (approximatly 735kW) motors. This allows the vessel to operate quickly and efficiently even in bad weather.
A pilot boat was present in Ship Simulator 2008, being a repaint of the Arie Visser. This boat was discontinued and replaced by the Apollo, a larger and detailed pilot boat in Ship Simulator Extremes.
